Nine Mile Success Stories
Where Are We Now?
Jasmin Norris
Pharmacy School
Currently a Texas A&M University pharmacy student. Jasmin Norris graduated from University of West Florida from Pre-Med/Pharmacy school while working at Chick-fil-A Nine Mile Road. While working on her degree she was our AM Supervisor and also worked as a pharmacy intern at Walgreens.
Amber Broxterman
Learning & Development Supervisor
Amber had a background in Event Coordinating and Marketing when she began the FasTrak program in 2019. Although her desire was to remain in marketing, she quickly fell in love with the Growth & Development aspect of the program and decided to redirect her career. She became a Development Manager and eventually had an opportunity to become the Learning and Development Supervisor. She has such a heart to
pour into people, and CFA has given her that opportunity to help others grow into the leaders they desire to be.
Tony DeLuca
Restaurant Director
Tony DeLuca graduated from Pensacola Christian College (PCC) with a Bachelor of Science in 2009 and from Pensacola Graduate School with a Master’s in Educational Leadership in 2014. He served as a college representative from 2009 – 2011 and visited
38 out of 50 states recruiting for PCC. In 2011, he became Promotions Event Supervisor and later Promotions Director in 2016. In August of 2018, Tony joined Chick-fil-A 9 Mile Road in the FasTrak Manager Program, and by January 2019 he was promoted to Operations Director. Tony and his wife Valerie have three boys and two girls. They love going to the beach together, working out, and going for bike rides. Tony is working toward becoming a Chick-fil-A Operator in the future to further pursue his passion for mentoring and developing others and having an
influence on his community.
Roger Campbell
Assistant Pastor at
Nebo Crossing Church
Roger Campbell graduated college with a bachelor's degree in business and a master's degree from seminary. In spite of his excellent education and personal dedication to excellence, Roger finished college without specific direction professionally. Newly married, he accepted a "temporary" job with Chick-fil-A 9 Mile Road in Pensacola, Florida, and he quickly discovered a rare opportunity to practice the business principles and servant leadership he had studied in a real-world situation. Capitalizing on the opportunity, he grew during his tenure with Chick-fil-A and found himself much better prepared when a job in ministry came available.
