Chick-fil-A Fastrak Manager Program

The FasTrak experience is a two-year commitment at Chick-fil-A Nine Mile Road with the goal of promoting a leader from Manager Trainee to FasTrak Manager within the first 6 to 9 months. New managers will then lead a focused area of the business for an additional 18 months, giving them an opportunity to apply what they’ve learned.
